How it works

  1. You choose and pay Amount, occasion, your note, and when it should land. Pay by card or wallet.
  2. They receive it An email with the card, your note and the code — on the day you picked.
  3. They spend it The code goes in the coupon box at checkout. Anything left stays on the card for next time.

Good to know, before you buy

Valid for 12 months

From the day it is delivered. The exact date is printed on the card and in the email.

Nothing is shipped

This is a digital card. There is no courier and no cash on delivery.

Spend it in parts

Use some now, keep the rest. A discount code can be used on top of a card.

Not refundable for cash

A card cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be used to buy another gift card. The physical-goods returns policy does not apply.

Questions

Can I use it together with a discount code?

Yes. A gift card is payment, not a discount — a promotion still applies, and the card covers what is left to pay.

What if the order costs more than the card?

The card pays as much as it can and you pay the difference with any payment method, in the same checkout.

They never got the email. What now?

Open Gift cards in your account, find the card under Cards I sent, and press Resend. You can also open a printable copy and send it yourself.

What happens if I start a checkout and do not finish?

The card’s balance is held for 30 minutes, then released automatically. Nothing is spent until an order is paid.
